COMMUNITY RESOURCE: Summer meal program through Bellevue Public Schools. See information below from BPS.

Bellevue Public Schools’ Summer Meals Program ☀️ kicks off on Monday, June 1st and will run through June 18th. The district is closed on Friday, June 19th.

Breakfast and Lunch will be available at no cost for any child ages 1 to 18 in the cafeteria of the following schools: Avery, Belleaire, Bertha Barber, Betz, Birchcrest, Central, Twin Ridge and Mission.
Based on qualifications through the state, only the schools listed are free meal sites. Our remaining elementary and high schools will have breakfast and lunch during the summer school session with the same process as during the school year.

This summer, we’re adding some BRIGHT, FRESH flavors to pantry shelves — and we need your help.

Fresh citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, clementines, and mandarins are refreshing and nutritious! 🍊💛

We’re currently welcoming donations of:
🍊 Oranges
🍋 Lemons
🍈 Limes
🍊 Grapefruit
🍊 Clementines & mandarins

Fresh produce donations help bring healthy options, bright flavors, and dignity to our pantry guests all summer long.

Donations can be dropped off during pantry hours at the Bellevue Food Pantry (1912 Hancock Street | M, T, TH 9AM - 4PM, W 9AM-6PM). Thank you for helping us provide food, connections, and dignity every day.

Today is Armed Forces Day, and the Bellevue Food Pantry would like to recognize and thank the active-duty service members, veterans, and military families who are such an important part of our community.

Located just miles from Offutt Air Force Base, we are proud to serve a community deeply connected to military service. Every day, we see the dedication, sacrifice, resilience, and commitment military families bring to Bellevue and Sarpy County.

Strong communities support one another through every season of life. We are honored to be part of a network of care and support that is here for families whenever challenges arise.

To all who serve — thank you for your service, sacrifice, and continued commitment to our country and community.

An organization does not get to be 61 years old without evolving, innovating, making smart decisions, meeting challenges with might, and seizing opportunities at the right time.

It's the Community Action way, and last Friday we reached a hard-earned milestone with an audience of partners, supporters, funders, and ENCAP board and team members: We broke ground at the future home of the Bellevue Food Pantry. THANK YOU to all who were able to join us, and help celebrate this remarkable moment!

The weather was perfect and the energy of giving, goodwill, and generosity was palpable. There was no better time than to get these coveted shovel-in-the-ground pics, and we're excited to begin renovations soon.

Late this afternoon, a car pulled up, and it was our friend Scott and his son from Monster Dogs, LLC with a CAR LOAD of groceries to donate to the pantry! What an incredible afternoon surprise. Thank you Scott and the entire Monster Dogs family for supporting this community through your business, and by supporting others when they need it the most.
