On Saturday members of the BFD, Springbrook Fire & EMS & Key West Community Fire Department trained with CFT - Customized Firefighter Training Inc. on their interior attack simulator. Fire Suppression, Hose Advancement, Radio Communications, Pump Operations, Tank Shuttle and Mutual Aid Relations were the main focus of the training. Bellevue Emergency Medical Services also provided Rehab and Support for the operations. Trainings like these enhance our skills and mindset to keep our communities safe and provide with the best services we can. Thanks to all who participated in the evolution!

I can’t believe it’s been a full year already since my last post sharing a bit with you about the meaning behind our logo! 🏠

This week we celebrate the woman behind it all. “Day By Day” was my grandma’s phrase—the way she lived her life and the way she loved others. Slow, steady, intentional.

The house in our logo is hers. A place where the door was always open & community was cherished. The flowers in the window represent love that never ran out—always overflowing! And the two flowers… they hold even more meaning. They represent my son, Kolter, and my dad—two lives that have shaped mine in the deepest ways. 🤍

When I first started dreaming up this business, Kolter was just a baby and I was brand new to motherhood. I had no idea what I was doing or what this would become… but I knew I wanted to build something rooted in love, family, and “togetherness.”

Now, two years later, he’s growing right alongside it. And I truly believe we have loved ones watching over us.. guiding the way in both this business and our life at home! 🪽

🗓️ This Sunday, we get to honor her the best way we know how.. by giving back to the community she loved so much to two causes that I know meant a lot to her! We invite you to stop by the shop anytime after 12pm for a FREE lunch! All donations will go back to Bellevue Fire and Rescue & Bellevue Emergency Medical Services. We will have beverages available for purchase. Come celebrate & have a drink with us at Grandma's Birthday Cookout Fundraiser 🍔🚑🚒
