Early adulthood is a time of frequent and sometimes dramatic change. From dependence to adulthood; education to employment; changing relationships, responsibilities, and identities; early adulthood is marked by some of the most formative changes and life decisions people undergo in the span of life. 29:11 is a ministry for people in their 20’s and 30’s in various life stages centering on prayer, e
ncouragement, support, guidance, mentorship and community in support of Christ centered living. The name 29:11 comes from Jeremiah 29:11 which says, “’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” As a ministry for young adults, we believe that God has a plan and a purpose for each of our lives that far exceeds any plan or purpose we might dream up for ourselves. As we experience more of God’s transforming love in our lives, our hope is that we would each discover our own unique calling and passion in life and embrace a lifestyle of uninhibited commitment and passion to love God, to love people and to live a life that imitates Christ and brings glory to God.
