Join us at Thompson Park (14001 Bellflower Blvd.) for a guided paint night filled with fun, color and great company!

Registration includes:
🖼️ A pre-drawn 11x14" canvas
🎨 All painting materials
👩‍🎨 Step-by-step instruction to help you create a frame-worthy piece

We’ll be working with acrylics, so come dressed for a little mess! Aprons aren’t provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Build Confidence, Leadership & Lifesaving Skills This Summer! 🏊‍♂️✨

Registration is now open for the Junior Lifeguard Class, an exciting opportunity for teens to stay active, build water safety skills and grow as future leaders in and around the pool.

Participants will focus on physical conditioning, improving swim techniques and learning the fundamentals of aquatic safety, teamwork and leadership, all at the Bellflower Aquatic Center.

📅 June 15 - Aug. 5 (Mondays & Wednesdays)
🕙 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
👥 Ages: 11-15

🌊 Perks include an exciting beach trip on July 8 (until 3 p.m.) and free admission to regular recreation swim times!
