We've had a number of great firings lately- some beautiful wood and soda results and some really hot gas kilns too! We'll have so many beautiful pots at the Bellingham Farmers Market tomorrow, but today we have put out a lot of the planters we had to grind as seconds out front. Our new kiln load came out soooo pretty and soooo hot. We had a lot of our pieces run and stick to the shelf. We ground down the bottoms and put them out on our pottery stand! Lots of mugs and planters today. Stop on by the Fountain District to check them out- on Vallette St.

Today is the last day this week for the Pottery Seconds Stand! The rain is coming tomorrow, and we're cleaning out the studio in preparation for the Whatcom Artists of Clay and Kiln - WACK studio tour this weekend! Come visit the actual studio, between 10-5 pm; it's in our back yard. In the meantime, I put a bunch of stuff out.

Our pottery seconds stand is Open! We'll set it up for most of December. We are going back to having occasional seconds sales in 2025, so I gave the actual stand to my mom, so she can sell her mugs over in Friday Harbor! But just swing by Vallette St and see what sort of treasures are spread out along the driveway. I post regularly on Instagram Stories so check there first if you're curious.
I'm not sure if we'll have it set up for the Whatcom Artists of Clay and Kiln - WACK studio tour that we're doing this weekend, but it's a great chance to check out our work and see if you want to stop by on the tour.

Our pottery stand is open today! We just unloaded a kiln yesterday with some beautiful pieces, so as we find new seconds, we’ll set them out with the others, 50% off our regular prices. We have so many beautiful firsts (you know, the ones we regularly sell) that we’re excited to bring them to Good Earth Pottery and the Bellingham Farmers Market tomorrow!
