Roe's Overturned.
What do we do now?
July 1st, 5:15pm, City Hall
Last Friday, folks gathered to protest the SCOTUS’s 5-4 decision that overturned Roe.
This Friday, let's hold some community space to check in and plug in for what's next!

It's on us to make sure none of us are alone in this! Come down for petitions to sign, and ways to be involved, because Togetherness, Joy and solidarity are how we connect with hope, courage, and the continued will to fight! We keep us safe!

Sidewalk chalk, all your feelings, signs, inclusive chants, drums, megaphones, drag, pride flags, and fists UP are all welcome! Have an action, petition, or project idea you want folks to support - bring it!

At 6pm, “Stonewall was a Riot!” will be sharing a history lesson about trans and LGBTQIA+ resistance we ALL need a reminder of in this era of corporate rainbow-washing; and LGBTQIA+ folks and allies are welcome to march through downtown together in solidarity! Let's yell, chant, and dance out our fury over Roe, and re-embody our deep solidarity, belonging, and love for LQBTQIA+ community and our long history of resistance and organizing!
This will end in a dance party!

Join in virtually to the DC March or to local events! poorpeoplescampaign.org/june18

The ruling class wants to keep us poor and struggling. We need to stand together to take back the power.
