From 4-8:30 pm, panels of community experts and citizens will share ideas on how we work together to solve the water crisis.

In Nov. we'll be choosing FIVE of the nine seats on WA's Supreme Court. This event is geared toward helping you make sure your vote for judges is an educated one.

Join us for a very special League forum. We will be presenting a panel of three distinguished women judges describing what they do and what qualities a person needs to be an effective judge. After the panel discussion, you will have a chance to meet the panel over coffee. We have also invited the candidates for the Supreme Court to join us in this informal opportunity to chat. Don't miss this event!

Your civil rights, civil liberties, taxes, safety— judges often have the final word. Who will decide? Who will be the guardians of our State Constitution? In Nov. we'll be choosing FIVE of the nine seats on WA's Supreme Court. This event is geared toward helping you make sure your vote for judges is an educated one.

Last night, a federal court granted voting rights organizations' emergency request to block USPS from implementing the newly-finalized mail ballot rule for the November midterm elections.

That rule would assign USPS an unprecedented and illegal gatekeeping role in the administration of mail voting, and jeopardize the delivery of mail-in ballots to many voters.
