Where is the rock? -

How do you access the rock? -
There is not a trail to the Rock, it is accessed directly off I-5, just north of the North Lake Samish exit. The State Patrol asks that people get dropped off by a driver rather than park on the shoulder. What paint is used to paint the rock? -
It seems that most folks use standard paint with a brush or roller

to re-cover the rock and have a clean start. Then either brush paint or spray paint the message or artwork.
