MAY BILL REMINDER: Meter Read Schedule Change

To better serve you and bring more rate options in the future (including potential Time-of-Use rates), we’re updating when we read your meter. Here’s what you need to know:
👉️ Most customers will have a one-time shorter bill in May to transition to the new meter reading schedule.
📄 If your meter reading date is changing, you received a bill insert with all the details in your April bill and will receive the same insert again in your May bill. If you didn’t receive an insert, your schedule is staying the same.
🖥️ eBill customers: You can view your bill inserts online. See this post’s image for details.
