is a Christ-centered facility which provides counseling and support services to women and men experiencing unintended pregnancies, helping them to better understand their options and receive the help they need. HEART CHOICES provides free pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasound, counseling and support services, material aid, and pregnancy and parenting education appointments at our Beloit

, Concordia, and Osborne locations. Our "Earn While You Learn" program allows parents to earn maternity and baby clothing, diapers, wipes, formula, and other baby items as they attend classes to strengthen their parenting skills.
