At Rock County Advocacy Services, Inc., our team members make a difference every day through compassion, connection, and service. This week, we're excited to spotlight Sandy, our Administrative Assistant, who has been a valued part of the RCAS team for 4 years.

Sandy was inspired to join RCAS because she has always admired people who genuinely enjoy helping others. Seeing how a positive attitude and excellent customer service can brighten someone's day motivated her to pursue a role where she could interact with clients and make a meaningful difference.

In her role, Sandy enjoys building positive relationships with clients, helping them solve problems, and ensuring they leave with a positive experience. She is especially proud of the connections she has built throughout her time at RCAS and the opportunities she's had to make someone's day a little easier.

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys boating, swimming, spending time with family and friends, visiting farmers markets, and attending concerts.
