On Saturday, November 8th, 2014 we will be hosting a benefit race for David Lovett, former owner of R/C Pro who built up the R/C Racing scene all over the United States, and his wife Suzie who are both fighting cancer.
We already have over 80 race entries signed up and expect around 120 total. This will be a really big event with lots of high flying R/C Action in both Electric & Nitro trucks dueling it out!
We have some major sponsors donating big prizes for our raffle. so even if you don't race, come out and support a great cause, eat some good food from the Gila Grill, Sit back and watch the races, and enter to win some fabulous prizes!
Friday there will be open practice till 8:00Pm and Saturday the gates will open at 8:00Am with racing starting around
10:00Am and running all day.

Summer Racing Times!
Saturday scheduled club races will start at 5:00PM now that it is getting hot. Racing under the lights is way "cool".
Gates still open at 10:00AM and anyone can practice on the track up to 4:15PM.
Hobby shop opens at 10:00AM also and the Gila Grill usually opens at 12:00 Noon!

439 R/C Raceway & Hobby will be hosting R/C Pro Races this weekend, March 21-23rd
Friday will be controlled practice from 4 to 8pm.
Saturday will be qualifying rounds from 9am to 8pm.
Sunday will be the finals from
9am till finished.
Races are free and open to the public.
Gila Grill restaurant will be serving up its fabulous food!
Hobby shop will be open all day this weekend!

The second annual
"TOYS FOR TOTS" benefit race has been rescheduled for next Saturday, December 14th due to the weather.
Will start at the same time, 12:00 Noon.
Bring a new unwrapped toy te enter a free R/C Truck give-away!
Also, due to customer requests the Hobby Shop has a limited number of HO scale train sets.
They are all discounted 30 to
40% off retail.

RC PRO TEXAS STATE FINALS
will be held this Friday thru Sunday, September 13-15.
Practice will be on Friday, Qualifying Rounds all day Saturday with the Final rounds on Sunday. These are the top RC Racers around Texas and the winners will compete for the National Title in Houston in November. Over 100 entries so far. Free entry for Spectators/Race Fans. Come out and enjoy the racing and the fabulous food from the Gila Grill. Hobby shop specials during the race.

439 R/C Raceway & Hobby enjoyed it's last race yesterday until the RC PRO SERIES TEXAS STATE FINALS. The finals will be held September 13-15 and we anticipate 125 - 150 racers from around the state. We will start the track rebuild this next week. The new track layout will be very technical and challenging for both 1/10th & 1/8th scale racres.
The hobby shop will remain open weekends.
