HonestChats Unlimited is excited to announce our very first ✨ Flight of the Sugar Plum Fairy Dessert Crawl ✨

This isn't your typical vendor market...
This is a magical holiday dessert experience!
We're looking for 14–20 dessert vendors to transform one space into a Christmas wonderland filled with cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies, candies, pastries, brownies, chocolates, cheesecakes, ice cream, gourmet treats, and every sweet creation imaginable.
Families will purchase admission that includes tasting tickets, allowing them to sample desserts from participating vendors before purchasing their favorites. Our goal is to introduce your business to hundreds of potential customers while creating a memorable holiday tradition for the community.
🍪 Vendor Options
✨ $25 Vendor Fee
Provide approximately 1-ounce dessert samples in exchange for guests' tasting tickets.
We recommend bringing at least five of your signature or best-selling desserts.
✨ $60 Vendor Fee
Prefer not to provide samples? No problem! Join us as a retail vendor and sell your desserts directly to guests throughout the event.

🎄 Make It an Experience!
We encourage vendors to decorate their booths and wear festive attire or costumes that complement the Sugar Plum Fairy holiday theme. The more interactive and magical your booth is, the more memorable it will be for guests.
This is more than a market—it's an immersive holiday experience designed to delight families and showcase the incredible talent of our local dessert community.
Important Information
✔️ Vendor spaces are limited to only 14–20 dessert vendors to provide everyone with a great opportunity to shine.
✔️ HonestChats Unlimited will promote the event, but sales, customer engagement, and future bookings cannot be guaranteed. Your success depends on your booth presentation, product quality, and interaction with guests.
✔️ Vendor fees are non-refundable because your reservation holds a space that could have been offered to another vendor. If HonestChats Unlimited cancels the event due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, vendors will be notified promptly and refunds will be issued within 15 days of the originally scheduled event date.
Additional event details—including setup times, parking information, vendor check-in, and event guidelines—will be provided to all registered vendors as we get closer to the event.
