Today, Mrs. Benson received a heartfelt gift from some amazing coworkers and her final 2nd-grade class here at Cambridge. While we are sad to see her leave our building, we are so excited for her next adventure at Kentucky Trail.

Mrs. Benson has made such a lasting impact on so many students, families, and staff throughout the years. We hope this gift serves as a reminder of just how much she is loved, respected, and appreciated.

Our students had a blast at our Touch-a-Truck event! Thank you to the Belton Police Department, Belton Fire Department, and Belton Public Works Department for bringing their trucks and equipment for our students to explore and enjoy. We appreciate our community partners for making this such a fun and memorable experience for our Pirates! 🚓🚒🚛💜

Field Day fun was in full bounce!🎉 Our students had an amazing time playing and laughing in the bouncy houses during Field Day activities. So many smiles, so much energy, and lots of great memories made with friends! 💜🏴‍☠️

Ms. C’s favorite class tradition is their end of the year shirts. Our class shirt is something we will always cherish forever, and this year’s theme made it even more special. This year, we’ve really focused on kindness as a class, so we wanted our shirts to reflect that — filled with kindness, just like these sweet kiddos. . I love them so much!! - Ms. Cottingham
