This painting was done for First Step Day Care years ago by a United Way Day of Caring volunteer. Ten years later the kids still walk in and start their day by giving it a high-five! Join our Day of Caring on September 30th and help make these kinds of lasting positive changes.

RSAC provides free counseling to survivors in Boone County. We are proud to have them as one of our allocated agencies and highly recommend this very powerful event.

Reading changes lives for the better. Our new office provides an engaging space for kids to explore while families get connected to services. Imagination Library is a program they can sign up for while they are here. Dolly Parton founded this program to get free books delivered to the home of any child under 5. We all can help carry on her legacy.

The Repair Cafe will be part of our Day of Caring. We are so excited to be partnering with Ida Public Library in Belvidere, Illinois!

We need you for the Day of Giving Repair Café at Ida Public Library, in partnership with United Way of Boone County.

It was great to have Midland States Bank Foundation visit our office last week! We were awarded $7,500 to begin Financial Resilience Programs in Boone County.
