**SPECIAL RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT**

Corporal Jamar Utley started his career at Warren County Corrections in 2001. Corporal Utley worked in many posts throughout his career, including as a Line Officer, Court Officer, and finally as a Transportation Officer with the Fugitive Recovery Unit. We would like to congratulate Corporal Utley on his well-deserved retirement from the Warren County Correctional Police Department after 25 years of service. We wish him and his family health and happiness in this next chapter of life and thank him for his many years of loyal, dedicated service to Warren County and the public we serve.

Three Suspects Plead Guilty in Kidnapping and Murder Case of Newark Man

The New Jersey State Police have charged Mustafa Manns, 28; William Dixon, 34; and Nishir Rios‑Figueroa, 30, all of Newark, NJ, with murder, kidnapping, and other offenses for shooting and killing a man and dumping his body near a wooded area off Interstate 80 in Allamuchy Township, Warren County.

On Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 12:26 p.m., troopers from Troop “B” Hope Station responded to reports of human remains discovered by a New Jersey Department of Transportation employee who had been cutting grass along Interstate 80 eastbound near milepost 16.6. Detectives from the New Jersey State Police Major Crime North Unit later identified the victim as Quadree Burch, 27, of Newark, N.J., who had been reported missing out of Newark on August 9, 2022.
