WIC is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) federal program designed to safeguard the health of women, infants, and children up to age 5. WIC Clinics provide nutrition education, including breastfeeding counseling and food vouchers for supplemental foods such as fruits and vegetables, cereal, whole grains, eggs, milk, baby foods, and more. You qualify for WIC if you meet income guideli

The Farmer's Market Nutrition Program coupons for 2026 will be available Monday, June 1st. Each WIC household is eligible to receive $20 worth of coupons to buy fresh, locally grown produce from approved farmers who are selling at Authorized Farmers' Markets. The WIC food package is changing June 1.
New options!
Infants:
Fresh, frozen, or canned fruit and vegetables at 6 months in place of some jarred foods.
Women and children:
Tuna and salmon for all.
Fruits and vegetables: can get an additional $3 for fruits/vegetable instead of juice.
Peanut butter/beans: can get one more option in place of one dozen eggs.
All women receive more whole grains.
