BARC is back at the library! Join Bemidji Area Reading Canines at the Bemidji Public Library on Tuesday, April 21 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. There will be certified therapy dogs to listen to your child read. Call the library at 218-751-3963 Ext 0 to sign up for a 15 minute slot, or sign up at the library.
