Workplace Campaign Open House tomorrow! ⭐️ Visit the United Way office on September 1st, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM to collect your 2026 Community Campaign materials.
Join us to pick up your payroll deduction forms, impact reports, marketing materials, and everything you need to ensure a successful workplace campaign. There will be an optional 30-minute campaign presentation by our Executive Director, Denae Alamano, from 12:00 - 12:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you there!

When the June 21 derecho tore through our community, the Conservation Corps answered the call and hasn't stopped showing up since. Time and again, their crews have returned to Bemidji to clear the debris and lift the burden from local families still recovering from the storm. Through this partnership, United Way is reminded every day that together, we can do more than any one of us can do alone.

The Bemidji Pioneer is partnering with the United Way and Long-Term Storm Recovery Committee to highlight those working behind the scenes to help the community recover from the June 2025 storm.

United Way of Bemidji Area signed on to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in 2019 to give children in our area the best start in life. Inspired by Dolly Parton’s own dad, who couldn’t read or write.

Every month, over 705 children in our service area find a book in the mailbox - because of neighbors who fund it, volunteers who run it, and a woman from Sevier County, TN who started it all.

Thank you for supporting our work and Dolly’s legacy.

Yesterday, BSU Athletics partnered with United Way to prep 3,000 weekend food packs through United Way's Backpack Buddies program and sorted through over 1,000 winter items for the October Coats for the Community drive!
