We are happy to accommodate our Hub #13 artists, Jackie Damore and Lisa Summerfield inside the library tomorrow! Have fun following the Art Trail!

We are ready to go tomorrow- no matter the weather!

Some slight changes for the safety of our Artists and Visitors at Hub location Bemus Point Library - Jackie Damore & Lisa Summerfield will be inside the Library on Saturday. (Thank you BPL for such generosity!)
Artists outside at Portage Hill Art Gallery - Myriam Mayshark, David Gregor, and Tim Sivertsen will be inside the gallery as needed on Saturday depending on the wind.

So come on out and enjoy the Art Trail!

Just two days away!! Be sure to join us to hear the fabulous history of the Bemus Point-Stow Ferry! Thursday, May 21st at 6:00 PM. The Ferry opens the next day for all the summer rides across the narrows!

As shown in our photos, Toddler Storytime is much more than early literacy! The children develop friendships and share in the joy of play and discovery before and after each planned session. We’re so grateful to the parents and grandparents who support this program. Pairing the library with fun and learning is the path to future readers!
At storytime this week we explored the theme of “Wind”! We listened to stories about windy days and kites. We twirled with scarves to music blowing in the wind with a “whoosh” and “plop”. We finished by making our own paper plate and ribbon “kite” to take home and fly on the next windy day! 🌬️🪁
