Airlink Critical Care Transport operates helicopter and fixed wing bases in Bend and Klamath Falls Oregon. We fly Pilatus PC-12's at both bases, an EC135 Eurocopter in Bend and an AStar helicopter in Klamath Falls. We specialize in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care transport. Oregon offers limitless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors - from popular attractions to the most beautifully r

emote locations. If a medical emergency arises, and air medical transport is needed, an AirLink Critical Care Transport (CCT) membership can save you thousands of dollars. Few people realize that emergency air transportation can easily cost $15,000 or more, and it may not be covered in full (or at all) by your health insurance plan. An AirLink CCT membership offsets these charges by protecting you and your family from large out-of-pocket air medical transport expenses. Investing in an AirLink CCT membership is a smart way to ensure you and your loved ones receive superior care and transport at an affordable cost. For more information, please visit

This is what a community does to empower the future of healthcare. What an amazing opportunity for our students and mutual aid agencies!

Inspiring the next generation of emergency responders 🚑🚒

Yesterday we had the opportunity to connect with approximately 50 high school students participating in a camp designed for those interested in EMS and medical careers. Our crews shared their personal journeys into the fire service, offering insight into what led them to careers in emergency response and the many paths available in this field.

Students also had the chance to take part in a hands-on medical scenario led by AirLink Critical Care Transport, giving them a glimpse into the fast-paced decision-making and teamwork required in emergency medicine.

We’re always excited to support opportunities that help students explore careers in public service and healthcare. You never know — today’s participants may be tomorrow’s first responders.

The foundation of trust and expertise, essential for ensuring the safe return of every individual during a search and rescue operation, is built upon extensive training, careful planning, an unwavering commitment to safety, preparedness, and four decades of collaboration with our mutual aid partners.

As a healthcare organization, we are proud to be part of the global network of Global Medical Response. For us, healthcare often takes flight rather than remaining grounded. This means our flight crews, pilots, and aircraft are perpetually ready, poised to support Search and Rescue teams, hospital partners, first responders, and everyone in need at a moment's notice.

However, the rigorous training, education, and partnerships we forge with ground agencies, which form the backbone of each mission, are the vital elements that frequently go unrecognized.

At AirLink, our team is driven by a deep passion for service and commitment to making a difference. Our dedication to this community fuels our efforts, as the lives we aim to protect are those of our friends and neighbors.

This past Saturday, while most people we cozy in their pajamas, having a morning coffee, our team went for the PLUNGE! If you needed confirmation that the Deschutes is cold look at these post plunge faces! It was such a great event, and for such a great cause, we can't wait to plunge again! Also, special thanks to divers for keeping everyone safe (and saving Paul's flipflop)! Who's plunging with us next year!?!
