Central Oregon Collective We create opportunities for individuals to live full & rich lives in community with others through our values of passion, mutual respect & generosity.

Established in 1983, we are a local, non-profit organization dedicated to working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on support & community inclusion. Central Oregon Collective (formerly R.A.P) supports individuals with a wide variety of abilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy & mental health issues. We have four residential homes in Bend

, OR, as well as a supported living program. Our office houses our organizations administrative team.

Are you interested in learning more about the amazing work we do in your community? You are all invited to attend our Open House this coming Thursday!
Come tour our facility, meet our team, learn about the services we provide, and see firsthand the impact Central Oregon Collective has in this community.
We will also have refreshments from Central Oregon Soup Co., Worthy Brewing, Lava Terrace Cellars, & Nothing Bundt Cake. And raffle prizes that include fun merchandise from Brilliance in Branding, VIP concert tickets provided by WaFd Bank, AND an overnight stay at Bend’s elite Westman Hotel! Enjoy music from DJ Dave Clemens and opportunities to connect with staff, supported individuals, families, and community partners.
