Quick Wilson Avenue Update and Safety Reminder!

Wilson Avenue is closed between SE Centennial Street and SE 9th Street. Burlington Northern Santa-Fe (BNSF) Railway has experienced a delay in getting to the project to make critical upgrades to the warning signals and gate arms.

Because of the delay, this crossing is not safe to enter right now (signals and gate arms are out of service).

For everyone’s safety:

- Use the posted detours
- Stay out of the closure area (including sidewalks)

The project is on schedule with the closure expected to last through early July, and we’ll share updates as soon as we have them.

We know detours can be frustrating, so thank you for your patience!

Stay up to date at bendoregon.gov/wilson.
