Members Ann, Leah, Brenda B., Tiffany, Brenda H. and Pat joined BPI Art Therapist Kaye Shaddock on a trip to Williams College 62 Center for Theatre and Dance to view the The Berkshires Satellite Crochet Coral Reef. Per the college, the global “Crochet Coral Reef was created by artists Christine and Margaret Wertheim to raise awareness to the beauty and plight of coral reefs worldwide. The Berkshire iteration features hundreds of corals crocheted by community members in the region and beyond over the last year and assembled into a vibrant reef in the CenterStage Theatre, where lighting and sound immerse visitors in an underseas wonderland”. It was AMAZING😍

Today is International Family Day. BPI works closely with family caregivers; because taking care of someone every day, 24 hours a day, is a hard job. We offer a monthly Strength in Connections group for caregivers, family or otherwise. This group is free and open to the public, individuals do not need an association with our program. BPI is Hiring! We are looking to expand our activities team. Activities Assistants create, design and implement engaging activities, assist Members with personal care, and help with driving duties as needed. This is a 10am-6pm position that includes benefits. BPI is open Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays off. All applicants must have a clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and undergo routine drug testing.
