Today we want to take a moment to honor the life of Mindi Welch.
Mindi served her community through Bryan County EMS, dedicating herself to helping others on what were often their hardest days. Her loss is deeply felt; not only within the first responder community, but especially by her children, family, coworkers, and those who knew her personally.
Loss like this doesnât just affect one family. It ripples through coworkers, classmates, friends, and entire communities. Grief can show up in many ways; silence, anger, confusion, sadness and there is no ârightâ way to process it.
At Tactical Therapy, we want to remind families, first responders, and communities that support is available. Counseling and trauma-informed care can help individuals and families navigate grief when the weight feels too heavy to carry alone.
Our thoughts are with Mindiâs children, her loved ones, and the Bryan County EMS family during this incredibly difficult time.
