Mayor Clint Adams presented the award to Greg and Kary at their beautiful home on Ashwood Drive. Their dedication to creating and maintaining such a welcoming and well-kept landscape helps make Bennington an even more beautiful place to call home.

In recognition of their efforts, Greg and Kary received the City of Bennington’s Yard of the Month award along with a $50 gift card. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 🌸

Last night’s E-Bike, E-Scooter, E-Moto & Bike Safety Event was a great success, with 93 people in attendance — 70 adults and 23 kids! 🚲🛴

A huge thank you to all of our guest speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise, to the Bennington Fire Department for being a fantastic host, and to Chief Hilscher for helping facilitate the event and bring everyone together. We also appreciate Jennifer Helm, owner of Bodybar Pilates, for generously donating the refreshments.

We were also able to provide 10 helmets to riders who needed one, helping make sure everyone has the opportunity to ride safely.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening such a success. It was great to see so many families and riders take an interest in keeping our community safe! 🚲🛴⚡

🚧 156th Street Bridge Patching Work

Drivers traveling on 156th Street just south of the Library may experience temporary traffic impacts over the next couple days as bridge patching work is completed.

🕘 Work will generally take place between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Please slow down, be patient, and be courteous to our flaggers and work crews as they work to make these necessary repairs safely and efficiently.

The project is expected to be completed within the next couple days. We appreciate your patience and cooperation!

💧 Water Main Break Update

Good news, neighbors! The water main break has been repaired and water service has been restored. 🎉

The area is now just waiting for MUD to backfill the excavation. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while crews worked to get the issue resolved.
