🧵 We are so fortunate to have community partners like The Bennington Museum! Ms. Deana came to visit us our three first grade classrooms to talk about quilts and their patterns, shapes, and fractions. Each classroom also made their own paper classroom quilt. Thank you Bennington Museum for continuing free outreach programming for our school! 🎉

⭐️May’s All School Assembly-Coach D and Mrs Hart lead our Molly Stark song. Then Dr. Huguet announced May’s special Paddington Bear awards with help from a special guest, Dr Hoffman! 5th grader Kolton Harrington was nominated by 3 students and 1st grader Haevyn Corbin won the other award. Mrs. Woodard shared what her afterschool crochet club created this session. After, May Student of the month awards were presented. ⭐️

The SVSU will be hosting a New Student Enrollment Night on June 16 from 4-6pm at the SVSU Central Office: 184 North Street Suite 1, Bennington, VT 05201. This event is for families needing help with the enrollment process as their students get ready to start the 2026-2027 school year.

The SVSU Registrar and Family Engagement Specialist will be on site to help with any questions you may have about the registration process, including figuring out your school zone, changing household information (address, contact information, etc.), and any other questions you may have.
