What an incredible night at Slam Dunk the Stigma! 🏀

On February 16 at Benson High School, community members gathered before and during the varsity Benson vs. KMS boys basketball game to learn more about mental health support available right here in Swift County.

In partnership with the Swift County Mental Health Council, this event brought together local organizations, families, and community members with one shared goal: reducing the stigma around accessing mental health resources and building awareness of the supports available.

We were proud to have Extension represented with a booth at the event, sharing information and resources. A special thank you to our local 4-H Ambassadors who volunteered their time to help throughout the evening!

Together, we are building a healthier, more connected, and better-informed Swift County.
