We’re excited to announce two upcoming affordable remodeling projects in Benton Harbor, MI, starting late summer / early fall 2026:

1. Harbor Towers, an 8-story high-rise

2. Buss Avenue Apartment Complex, campus-style townhomes with a separate leasing office building

On August 17, PSG representatives will host a Meet & Greet at the Virginia Edwards Community Center to discuss scope opportunities, bidding requirements, and an overview of both projects.
