Call #73 for the year was a brush fire in Jackson Township. Tanker 154 and Brush 156 responded and found a slow moving fire in some brush at the edge of a wooded area. Crews quickly contained the fire.

We haven't seen rain in our area for a few days and things are starting to get dry. Use caution when using machinery or when open burning.
