Thank you First Electric!

Thanks to our members participating in Operation Round-Up, we've awarded $33,300 this quarter to local organizations. Since 1998, members' spare change has contributed over $1.8 million to our communities.

Recently, Kelli Dunn from First Electric in Bryant presented a $2,500 grant to the Salem Fire Department for new gas monitors for their fire trucks. These monitors detect gas levels that harm firefighters and increase cancer risk.

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: Samples Road Closure & Detour 🚧

ARDOT has announced that Samples Road in Saline County will be closed around the clock beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27 through 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8 for bridge construction.

The closure will allow crews to replace the existing road to allow traffic on a newly constructed bridge.

🛑 A signed detour route will be in place utilizing Zuber Road and Snow Lane. Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

⚠️ Construction barrels, barricades, and signage will be in place to notify motorists of the closure.

Starting May 27th, Samples Road will be closed to thru traffic between Racetrack and Snow Lane so they can tie in the new bridge. Projection is for it to be done within a month. (FYI, Racetrack and Avilla East connect Congo Road and Samples.)
