God is still calling ordinary people to serve in extraordinary moments.

CAPA Crisis Care Chaplains walk alongside individuals, families, first responders, and our community during times of crisis, loss, and trauma—offering a calm presence, prayer, and hope.

If you have a heart for people and feel called to serve beyond the walls of the church, we would love to talk with you.

Serve. Pray. Bring Hope. 🙏🚔💙

Today, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office was proud to partner with the Marshall County Parks Department for another great day of “play in the park”!

Our Deputies spent a couple of hours playing kickball, and making memories with some amazing kids in our community. This program is all about getting children outdoors, encouraging healthy activity during the summer months, and building positive relationships between our youth and local law enforcement.

Events like these give our Deputies an opportunity to engage with kids outside of emergency situations and show that we are here to serve, support, and be a part of the community every day.

A big thank you to the Marshall County Parks Department for partnering with us and to all the kids who came out and made today’s event so much fun. We can’t wait to see everyone at the next play in the park!

2009 Harley-Davidson FLHX, 1584CC. Six Speed. This was a seized motorcycle that was running at time of seizure. It will turn over (with a jump box connected) but we can not get it to continue to run. The operator had removed the fuel injection system (still connected wiring but not to engine) and had retrofitted a carburetor. Saddle bag has a crack in it. Scratch on back fender where the seat is wired down. The key for the gas cap has been drilled out. Unit does not have a key. The ignition is not locked however and turn to on.

Bid on 2009 Harley-Davidson FLHX in our surplus auctions. Register free and start bidding today across more than 500 categories.

Sheriff Hilbrecht is proud to announce that the Marshall County Sheriff's Office has been awarded a LEEP grant through the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security for the purchase of six new rifles for our Special Response Team.

This grant will help improve the safety and preparedness of our deputies while also saving local taxpayers thousands of dollars. We are grateful for the continued support of the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security and their investment in helping law enforcement agencies protect the communities they serve.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office remains committed to providing our deputies with the equipment and training needed to safely and effectively respond to critical incidents.

Sheriff Hilbrecht would also like to extend a special thank you to Special Deputy Bryan Dillworth. Deputy Dillworth spent many hours working on the LEEP grant and due to his efforts we were able to secure the grant. Thank you Bryan!

Meet Walter P. Justice, this little guy may still be a puppy, but Deputy Evans has big hopes for his future. One day he hopes to have him certified as a tracking K-9 to help serve and protect the citizens of Marshall County. For now, he is busy learning, growing, and stealing hearts along the way!
