ROE #21, in collaboration with ICEARY and the Illinois Truants' Alternative & Optional Education Professional Development Project, invites educators, student support professionals, community partners, and others who serve children and families to step into the realities of poverty through an interactive simulation.

Participants will gain insight into the barriers families may face while exploring ways to create more equitable, supportive, and trauma-responsive environments for those they serve.
