Benton County court system offers 3 treatment courts. Benton County Drug Court started in November 2001.

Adult Drug Court (2001), Veterans Treatment Court (2013), Mental Health Court (2024) The program helps people in the criminal justice system find recovery from addiction.

📢 Ready for a Fresh Start? Legal Aid of Arkansas is offering a FREE Record Sealing Clinic to help eligible individuals learn about the process of sealing criminal records and take steps toward new opportunities.

Criminal record sealing may remove eligible records from public view. Once sealed, the conduct is deemed by law never to have occurred.

âś… Please bring a copy of your sentencing order/disposition sheet. This document can be obtained from the court where you were sentenced. Without it, assistance may be limited.

June was a BUSY month for Mental Health Court! Summer is here!

Congrats to this outstanding gentleman, Eduardo, on graduating from MHC and heading into our Post Graduate Program and for getting a spot on our Alumni Group board! He always showed up and did some really hard work to get to this part of his recovery. We hope to see more of that smile, friend!
