Bergman FBLA had a very successful past couple of days at state! We had 8 groups/ individuals compete at state, 3 groups made it to the finals, and those 3 groups placed and made it to nationals!

Alyssa Starnes made it to state with a test in Advertising
Business Plan- Nealy Nuessner, Kylie Woodworth, and Addison Middleton
Broadcast Journalism- Brinley Collins,
Hallie Chism, and Amelia Halsted
Community Service Project- Shiloh Horn, Ingrid Henderson, and Addie Malotte
Digital Animations- Kaelyn Sweitzer
Digital Video Production - Cooper Moore, Walker Curtis, and Zeb Adkins
Local Chapter Annual Business Report- Kelsie Lovelace, Claire Jackson, and Zoe Methvin
Management Information Systems- Lucy Reese and Elise Halsted

3rd Place:
Business Plan- Nealy Nuessner, Kylie Woodworth, and Addison Middleton

4th Place:
Digital Animations- Kaelyn Sweitzer

Nationals will be in San Antonio, Texas June 29th- July 2nd, 2026 for these 6 placing competitors.

We also would like to take a minute to recognize one of our advisers, Mr. Quattlebaum. He is retiring this year after 7 years at Bergman and 7 years as one of the FBLA Advisers. We appreciate all he has done for Bergman FBLA, and we will miss him next year!

💙💛 Bergman FBLA at Fall Conference! 💛💙

29 of our Bergman FBLA members attended the Fall Leadership Conference today at ASUMH! It was a full day of learning, leadership, and fun.

🧩 We inducted our new members and local chapter officers
💰 Participated in the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Change Challenge
🎤 Listened to an inspiring keynote speaker
🧠 Tested our knowledge with FBLA trivia
🌊 Watched Nealy Nuessner participate in the Sink or Swim activity
🏆 Received an award for achieving Gold Level Champion Chapter status

Bergman FBLA had a great time at the Arkansas FBLA State Leadership Conference 2025! We gained leadership experience and had some good laughs. Our seniors will be missed, and our underclassmen are already gearing up for next year!

Mrs. Lippe was awarded a certificate for her 10 years of service to FBLA.

Several of our FBLA competitors have made it to the finals round! Samuel made it to the finals of Business Management. Brinley, Hallie, and Amelia made it to the finals for Broadcast Journalism. Michelle and Rahab made it to finals for Business Plan.
Several of our other competitors don’t have a finals round, so we won’t know final placements until the awards ceremony tomorrow morning.
