Uncensored calls on you to resist fascist repression by amplifying media and art with a different narrative— the stories of our people!

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆: Elijah Chhum, Spring 2026 Critical Southeast Asian American Studies Scholar Residence joining us from April 13th through 16th!

We are so honored to have Elijah Chhum lead us in a series of workshops informed by his work building up Southeast Asian defense against deportation and creating pathways toward transnational healing. Attendees will learn more about modalities that decolonize mental health, uplift ancestral wisdom, and center intergenerational joy!

🪴Our weekly reading group has been reading “Let This Radicalize You: Organizing and the Revolution of Reciprocal Care” by Kelly Hayes and Mariame Kaba. In honor of Chapter 8, join us to cultivate the practice of hope while grieving the immense injustice around us.

We will provide plants and materials to create your own recycled planter to take home as well as have dinner and discussion! No need to RSVP! Just come by Thursday from 4-5pm at HFA-C10!

Join Dr. Robyn Rodriguez and Farmer Sama to hear about the many the lessons Farmer Sama received from the earth while tending to their ancestral plants.

In collaboration with initiative, we are so excited for our second “Unsettling Asians in America” lecture: The ‘Indipinos’ of the Central Valley!

Dr. Robyn Rodriguez will be facilitating a conversation with Wanda and Irenia Quitiqit, who are mixed-race Native American (Robinson Rancheria Band of Pomos) and Filipino (Ilokano) elders from the Central Valley.

💕Spring semester Let’s Talk Drop-In!💕

We are so honored to have Jeff join us again to host drop-in Let’s Talk sessions every Thursday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm in HFA-C10.

Sessions will be first come/first serve. When you arrive at HFA-C10 you can let any of the student or professional staff know you are here to meet with Jeff and they will let you know when he is available to meet with you! LET THIS RADICALIZE YOU!! We started our weekly fall semester food distro in recognition of the ways we can show up for each other amidst escalating state violence. This semester we want to not only fill our bellies but also our minds with the skills and relationships needed for this moment. We will provided books to folks who join the reading group.

Even if you don’t want to join the reading group you can still come through for a meal! We’d love to have you!

We are so excited to share our collaboration with ! Join us for the inaugural lecture of the 3rd Annual “Unsettling Asians in America,” lecture series.

We’ll hear from of and who joined a delegation of .usa and the International Women’s Alliance to integrate with landless farmers, fisherfolk, and urban poor women in Ilo Ilo and Roxas City on Panay Island (Philippines) as well as frontline organizers from Gabriela Women’s Party in Marikina in the National Capital Region. Dana witnessed their struggle, resilience and movement building to bring back stories and lessons to Filipina organizers in the U.S.

Dana will be joined by and Li Schmidt of who were part of the . Co-organized by and for Taiwanese/Asian-American land workers, the Taiwan Agroecology Delegation welcomed 8 folks to the island for cultural exchange, skill sharing and international solidarity building in collaboration with Taiwanese farmers and organizing partners — connecting our movements for food sovereignty and climate resilience across the globe. Upon returning, they have been working on digesting and sharing what they learned with a wider community and dreaming of organizing another trip in the near future.
