🛠 SET-UP DAY is WEDNESDAY this week!

You have all day to set up your booth, from 9:00 AM – Midnight

Pro tips for a smooth experience:
✔ Secure your tent FIRST (weights are a must)
✔ Leave materials packed in bins/boxes overnight
✔ Store items under tables, on chairs, or covered
✔ Plan for a quick, easy setup Thursday morning

The more you prep Wednesday, the less stress you’ll have opening day
We can’t wait to see everything come together!

Our Mandatory Nonprofit Meeting is happening TONIGHT
🗓 July 9th @ 6PM on Zoom!

This meeting is REQUIRED for all participating nonprofits and covers everything you need to be ready for the Art Fair. Make sure your team has someone on the call
