Dear Somerset Residents, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your support over the past six years. It has been a privilege to serve on the School Committee and be an active participant in various town organizations. After careful consideration and evaluation of my options over the past few months, I have decided not to seek re-election to the Somerset School Committee. Instead, I intend to pursue election to the Somerset Berkley Regional School Committee. I take great pride in the accomplishments achieved during my two terms, including collaborating with State Senator Jake Oliveria and other state leaders to secure funding through the Accelerated Repair Program, which benefited Somerset by contributing to the installation of new windows at all our elementary schools. I anticipate significant changes on the Regional School Committee in the coming years and am eager to continue working with the School Department for the next three years. Thank you for your continued support.
