A reminder that from 9 AM this morning until 9 PM tonight, the following vehicles are prohibited on Woodward Avenue from 8 Mile Road to the Loop in Pontiac:

Commercial vehicles
Vehicles exceeding a weight of 10,000 pounds
Vehicles with trailers

12 Mile Road from Woodward to Greenfield and Catalpa from Catalpa to north of 12 Mile Road are now closed.

Beginning at approximately 5:00 PM, the following roads will be closed:
* 12 Mile Road from Woodward Avenue to Greenfield Road
* Coolidge Highway from Catalpa (south of 12 Mile Road) to Morrison (north of 12 Mile Road)
Please note that, due to construction at the intersection of 12 Mile Road and Greenfield Road, Greenfield Road at 12 Mile Road will close at noon this year. However, 12 Mile Road will remain open until approximately 5:00 PM.

The CruiseFest Classic Car Parade will begin at 6:30 PM, traveling westbound from Woodward Avenue to Greenfield Road.

Once the final parade vehicle has crossed Coolidge Highway, 12 Mile Road from Woodward Avenue to Coolidge Highway and the 12 Mile/Coolidge intersection will reopen. 12 Mile Road from Coolidge Highway to Greenfield Road, along with all side streets intersecting 12 Mile Road between Coolidge and Greenfield, will remain closed until approximately 11:00 PM for CruiseFest activities.

This is a reminder of the road closures for the Berkley CruiseFest and Classic Car Parade tomorrow
