This week in library fifth graders are learning about Earth Day. We brainstormed ways to reduce, reuse and recycle. We also read the book One Plastic Bag: Isatou Ceesay and the Recycling Women of the Gambia. Mrs. Berard’s classes got to make recycled plastic bag bracelets for being the top homerooms for library circulations, too! ♻️ 🌎

Library helpers have been getting the library ready for spring. They designed bookmarks after researching some of the special days in April. Did you know that National Grilled Cheese Day, Dolphin Day, Unicorn Day, Farm animals Day, Bucket List Day and Autism Awareness Day all fall in April?
