Sprouts Play Group is a welcoming space for parents to share their postpartum journeys, connect with others and access support while their babies play and explore.

Parents can learn about mental health resources and discover simple, fun ways to support their baby’s growth and development. Together, parents and babies can connect, learn and grow side by side.

Groups are facilitated by the Postpartum Wellness Initiative for South Jersey and Strong Roots
Occupational Therapy.

Raffle will be held at each group session! Parents are welcome to bring additional children up to age five.

The NJ FamilyCare Housing Supports Program helps people of all ages with NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid) who have a housing need and a health condition connect to a housing agency to:
• Find a place to live
• Move into housing
• Stay in your housing
• Make changes to your housing to improve your health
