At this annual event, North Country Education Services and the North Country School Administrators Association recognize the valedictorian and salutatorian (or top honors), and an outstanding Career and Technical Education student from each of the North Country’s twelve high schools. This year marked the 21st anniversary of the recognition ceremony.
