Instructor/Firefighter Corey Burks and Asst. Chief Matt Wedde welcome our recent graduate from the Fire Academy! Ty Rogers is now a Michigan state-certified Firefighter and a member of Berrien Springs-Oronoko Fire Department! Welcome aboard Ty!!! Several BSOFD firefighters attended Ty's graduation. Ty Rogers was also one of 2 recipients of the special Skip Munson award for his excellent performance throughout the class!

He has served this department for 35 years and has held some of the highest number of calls answered.•

His knowledge of this town and particularly of Andrews University has been an invaluable asset.•

Every once in a while Sparky has to get out of the station. Today he got to spend some quality reading time with the Chief and our friends at Trinity Lutheran School in Berrien Springs. A fun time was had by all!
