Tuesday through early this AM we handled 25 incidents which included 2 car vs deer crashes; 3 suspicious situations; 2 false alarms; a traffic law related arrest; a threats matter; a traffic crash and an assist to our FD. Our School Resource Officer along with the day shift car assisted with lockdown drills at Sylvester and Village SDA School.

Winter has arrived is back for a few days....use your headlights and slow down when it is snowing.....give yourself more travel time and more stopping distance...enjoy the weekend safely!

Thursday through Monday we responded to 32 incidents and those included: 2 false alarms; 2 suspicious situations; 2 traffic crashes; 1 assault and 2 traffic law related arrests. Our School Resource Officer talked to 8th graders at Village SDA School about social media use and the law.

From Monday through early today (Thursday the 9th) we handled 28 incidents which included: 4 traffic crashes, 2 car vs deep crashes; 2 false alarms; 2 traffic law related arrests and a fraud investigation.

Remember that if you have to turn on your windshield wipers this weekend (or at at any time) please turn on your headlights too....see and be seen! Have a safe weekend!

From the 2nd through the 5th we responded to 26 calls/incidents, those included: 3 traffic law related arrests; 2 suspicious situations; a car vs deer crash; a traffic crash; 2 false alarms and a "b&e" in the 2600 blk of E Lemon Creek Rd.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! May 2020 be a great year for all of you!

From Dec 31through Early this morning we handled 18 incidents which included; 3 traffic crashes, 2 traffic law related arrests; 2 suspicious situations; a stolen car; a drunk driver arrest; a fraud and a false alarm. Last year we handled 3,283 calls for service or incidents.

Have a SAFE weekend...our local k-12 schools all open back up on Monday the 6th so be alert for increased traffic near schools and for stopped school buses.

From the 26th to early this morning we handled 26 calls. Those calls included: 8 suspicious situations; 3 false alarms; a theft; a disturbance; a shoplifting arrest; an assault and a car vs deer traffic crash. Our Office will be closed on New Years day this week.

From the 23rd to early on the 26th we handled 18 incidents which included 2 false alarms, a traffic crash, a suspicious situation and an assist to our FD. Our Community/School Resource Officer gave a security and awareness training to the staff at Honor Credit Union.

We responded to 29 calls Thursday through Sunday and those included 6 suspicious situations, 3 traffic law related arrests, a traffic crash, an assault and 2 assists to our FD. Have a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

From the 12th through the 18th we have handled 65 incidents which included: 7 suspicious situations; 5 thefts from UNLOCKED vehicles in the Village; 6 UNLOCKED vehicles in the Village entered but nothing taken; a stolen car; 3 false alarms; 2 frauds; 2 traffic crashes; 5 car vs deer crashes; a warrant arrest; 2 thefts and a traffic arrest. We also assisted with at lockdown drill at the Virtual Academy.

PLEASE LOCK YOUR CAR when it is not being used....help us to help you keep your things safe from crime.
