This morning our team and members of the Clarke County VA250 Committee ventured over to Long Branch Historic House & Farm to visit the VA250 Mobile Museum! Visit over the weekend to experience this unique, hands-on, immersive experience.

The VA250 Mobile Museum Experience: Out of Many, One will be open free of charge from 10 am - 4 pm on August 21st – 23rd.

This "museum on wheels" transforms an expandable tractor-trailer into an interactive journey through Virginia's remarkable role in the American Revolution and the nation's founding.

Through engaging multimedia exhibits, interactive displays, and compelling stories, visitors of all ages will discover how Virginia's diverse people and places helped shape America - and how the ideals of liberty continue to inspire us today.

Little Red School House ❤

The little red schoolhouse is one of our favorite landmarks in Millwood. Built in the 1870s, its purpose has grown and shifted over the years, changing from chalkboards and classroom lectures into a hub for antique furniture and unique finds. This photograph was taken in 1977 before it became a shop in the early 1990s.
