📶Whether you're exploring the wilds of Larimer County, you have a home in the hills, or you're just in a signal black hole like a basement or thick building, connectivity can create challenges during an emergency.

Need help in a cellular desert? Try using the WiFi calling feature on your phone:

✅Enable WiFi calling in your settings
✅Make sure you have a valid, current E911 address listed
❎Do not use a P.O. box or outdated address! This is the location Dispatch will see when you call.

If you're using a satellite provider and you're having issues connecting via 9-1-1, try calling our Dispatch non-emergency number at 970-416-1985 (these numbers route through different telecom pathways).

Still can't get through or dealing with a situation where you're afraid of being heard? Text to 9-1-1 is a service available in Larimer County. You MUST include your location so Dispatch knows where to send help. Always call if you can, text if you can't!
