NOVI, Mich. – A newborn baby girl was mauled to death by a dog in Novi Tuesday morning.

The attack happened at a home near Novi and 13 Mile roads on March 17 at around 8:30 a.m.

A source stated that the family found the infant with injuries consistent with a dog mauling. The baby died from her injuries.

It’s believed the dog belonged to the family and was put down.

In the video, one of his security officers can be seen struggling with a man before being slammed to the pavement, hitting his head and appearing to bleed. The mayor watches the situation unfold for a moment… then turns and calmly walks away while the officer is still on the ground.

People online are pretty divided over it.

It is possible to believe that taking a life is profoundly wrong and still feel deep sorrow for a child caught in something this tragic. Those feelings don’t cancel each other out.

An 11-year-old is still developing emotionally, neurologically, and psychologically. The parts of the brain responsible for impulse control, long-term reasoning, and understanding consequences are far from fully formed.

When a child commits an act this serious, it raises painful questions about what they’ve experienced, what support they lacked, and what warning signs may have been missed.

Accountability matters. A life was lost. That cannot be minimized.

But so does context. So does mental health. So does the reality that children process trauma, anger, fear, and conflict very differently than adults. Charging a child as an adult is one of the harshest legal steps the system can take.

We can hold space for the victim and still acknowledge that a child this young needs help, not just a prison cell.

This whole situation is heartbreaking.

We believe in the truth of two genders. We believe life begins at conception, and that every baby deserves the chance to live. We believe in law and order, and that choices carry consequences. Above all, We believe in God, in the strength of family, and in putting our country and its citizens first. These are not just opinions—they are the principles that guide our lives, the convictions we will never abandon, and the truths we will continue to stand for, regardless of what others may say.

Stand firm. Pray hard. Love your family. Cherish your freedom.

Don Lemon doesn’t get to cry racism every time someone questions his behavior.

If you walk into a church with a group of activists who are actively disrupting a Sunday service, admit on camera that you conducted “reconnaissance” with them beforehand, call it an “operation,” and then act shocked when people think you’re part of it — that’s not racism. That’s optics.

You don’t blend in with a protest, coordinate ahead of time, film the disruption, and then get offended when parishioners don’t immediately distinguish you as “neutral press.”

Journalists observe. They don’t participate in “surprise operations.”

And implying churchgoers “could not understand” because many protesters were Black? That says more about him than it does about them.

Accountability isn’t a race issue. It’s a credibility issue.

Nicholas Celestino Calixto-Aguirre, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, has a record that includes:

— Attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child
— DUI (x2)
— Shoplifting

He also faces pending felony charges for r**e of a child, child fondling, child neglect, and sexual assault.

Nicholas Celestino Calixto-Aguirre remains in custody following his arrest by ICE Salt Lake City and is awaiting a deportation decision.

Protecting children and communities should never be controversial.

🚨 BREAKING: Daniel Weber of Wilson High School in Pennsylvania quickly shut down an unauthorized anti-ICE walkout on February 19, 2026 — and this is exactly what leadership looks like.

Calm. Clear. No theatrics. Just rules and consequences.

When students holding Mexican flags and chanting refused to return to class, Weber laid it out plainly:

Go back to class and everything is fine.
Stay out here and you’ll be suspended.

No yelling. No escalation. Just a firm reminder that school policies apply to everyone — and that leaving campus without permission isn’t protected activism, it’s breaking the rules.

In a time when some schools blur the line between education and political performance, this was a straightforward message:
Schools are for learning. If you want to protest, there’s a time and place — and it’s not during class hours without authorization.

Strong leadership. Clear boundaries. No nonsense.
