A Little About Us
North Centre Township is a Pennsylvania Township of the Second Class in Columbia County, PA. It was founded in 1923 when Centre Township chose to split into North & South Centre Townships.
The Township has a long-standing commitment to a relaxed, rural setting made up of many local family farms, single family residences and small in-home business. The Village of Fowlersville lies within North Centre Township.
As of the 2010 United States Census, the Township had a population of 2,105. An anticipated rise to around 2,150 is expected with the results of the 2020 United States Census. The community is one of friends and neighbors raising their families and enjoying their retirement in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful country setting.
The current Board of Supervisors are Ronald E. LeVan, David A. Artman and Steven D. Hess.
