We had the pleasure of giving Berwick High School Baseball Team and Coaches rides for there parade today !! We would like to congratulate BHS on there state championship win Friday in Sulphur !! Great job guys !!

So for anyone who ever asked why , why does the dump catch on fire , why do y’all worry about wasting y’all time putting it out , why don’t y’all just let it burn , why does it take so long to put it out , why does it need so many departments to take care of it ? This is why !! This is pictures of the fire they are dealing with today . This is a small one compared to the last few we had . These guys and girls are and will be out here for hours trying to get this under control. It’s not even about the fire , but you see all the smoke that it’s putting into the air , that’s not good for anyone to be breathing in . So that’s why these guys and girls dedicate there time to do what we do !! And remember they are all Volunteers!!

Our guys along with Bayou Vista volunteers is on scene at the Berwick Land fill for a fire !! If you see or smell smoke in the area that is what it is from !
