• 11:30 am, StoryTime. Join fellow children for a delightful and traditional story time featuring read-aloud tales, songs, fingerplays, movement activities, and a hands-on project.
•6:00 pm-7:30 pm, Craft It! A crafting get-together for adults. Bring your favorite project: yarn, stitching, diamond art, scrap-booking, your choice—OR—take a stab at the project of the month offered by library staff.
🦕Tuesday, 06/16/2026:
•5:30 pm, Self Sustainable Series. Save money and gain independence by learning practical skills. June's topic: Gluten Free Sourdough Basics.
•6:00 pm-8:00 pm, Computer Assistance Drop-in. One-on-one assistance using the computer. McBride’s volunteer instructor will be available to answer questions and assist with basic computer usage.
🦕Wednesday, 06/17/2026:
•10:30 am-12:30 pm, The McBride Book Cellar will be open. The library's on-site used book store sells used books and media in all categories and age levels, from fiction to nonfiction, baby board books to adult.
•11:00 am-12:30 pm, Bee Informed: Coffee Chats. What’s the buzz about what local organizations have to offer? Gather valuable information with real-life applications regarding health, social issues, finance, and digital literacy. June 17th topic: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Basics. Be able to define key terms and understand the benefits and limitations of these tools.

•10:00 am-2:00 pm, The CareerLink bus will be in McBride's parking lot to help businesses find talent and help job seekers find opportunities right for them.
•3:00 pm-6:00 pm, The Berwick Area Veterans Center Coordinator will be available to assist veterans and members of the community.
🦕Friday, 06/19/2026:
•11:00 am-12:00 pm, Braver Angels: Civic Conversations. Practice respectful civic engagement during discussions of current events.
•12:00 pm, Dino Academy: A Dinosaur Discovery. Join Bright Star Touring Theatre to step into the prehistoric world with Dino Academy! Led by the quirky and curious Dr. Sarah Tops, this action-packed adventure uncovers fascinating dino facts that will wow even the biggest dino fans. Featuring life-like, colorful dinosaur puppets that stomp, roar and charm their way into every heart, this show blends science, storytelling and imagination in the style of your favorite nature programs. It’s an unforgettable field trip through time—without ever leaving your seat! This program is best for ages 5–12 years old.
•4:00 pm-5:30 pm, Lego Club. A LEGO-building get together for kids, teens, and their families. Each gathering presents a new creative challenge, while freestyle building is also encouraged.
